Real time track and trace
This API allows partners to track and trace ordered items and provides a unique status on orders. This ready-to-use solution helps you obtain tracking data – key to providing world-class customer service – without having to conduct extensive UATs.
Applications
- Retrieve sales orders: enable customers to retrieve their sales orders by using this API on a customer website or application
- Order status: provide customers with information on the current status of their request, including: ordered, processing, delivery, customer confirmation, and shipment status. Using the “All Order Types” API, customers can get their order status based on purchase, sales order, product name, product number, or old material code
- Customize web application language: create language-specific web applications where customers can track their shipment in their native language. Other customization options are also possible
