Manage inventory and stock levels
This API answers questions on retrieving and updating product inventories. Due to the nature of today’s business world, products can be stocked at multiple different locations. This API checks where a product is stocked as well as the need to update inventory at a specific location.
In looking at the inventory and stock levels for maximum profits, this will also provide you with useful data for the creation of a dashboard analysis.
Applications
- Product catalog: provide your customers with the information they need to see when they browse your product list, including product information such as pricing, product description, and product images. Unique products will have a distinct relationship with their associated inventory item (including product code)
- Inventory management: this is the back-end information used for managing inventory, shipping, and fulfilment, including information about the physical product, such as SKUs
- Inventory levels: provides the actual quantity of an item that is available for sale
- Inventory locations: indicates a geographical location where inventories are kept for multiple inventory locations management. Locations can have varying inventory levels of a particular unique product
